Privacy Policy

What we store

We store the account details you provide (name and email address), your organisation's inventory master data, and the stock movements your team captures. All inventory data is scoped to your organisation and is not visible to other tenants.

How it is used

Your data is used solely to provide the stock control service: dashboards, reports, audit history, and billing for your subscription. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Mobile app (iOS & Android)

The Storeman mobile app is a secure wrapper around this web service and handles your data in exactly the same way. Two device features are used only on your device:

• Camera — used solely to scan barcodes when you choose to. Frames are processed on the device to read the code; no photos or video are stored, and nothing from the camera is uploaded or shared.
• Biometrics (Face ID / fingerprint) — used only to unlock the app on your device. Authentication is performed by your device's operating system; Storeman never receives or stores your biometric data.

The app saves only your chosen company address on the device so it can reopen your workspace. Reports you export can be saved or shared through your device's standard share sheet, at your request.

Billing

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers; Stripe shares only the subscription status needed to operate your account.
